DOM Fight Gear is proud to announce that DOM sponsored fighter Seth “Kimbo Killer” Petruzelli will be fighting Ricco Rodriguez on August 20, 2011 at The Mohegan Sun. Bellator 48 will be Live on MTV2 starting at 9pm EST, so be sure to tune in! Rodriguez, no stranger to The Mohegan Sun, beat Randy Couture there to win the Heavyweight Championship in UFC 39. Rodriguez (47-11) will have his hands full though, with Bellator first timer Seth Petruzelli (13-6), who became a house hold name when he knocked out the then unbeaten Kimbo Slice in just 14 seconds in EliteXC: Heat. Rodrigues enters the fight on an 11 fight win streak, so this fight is expected to be an exciting bout from start to finish.
